The service
Claim Atlas provides hosted claims management software for independent adjusters, carrier teams, and related users. We make the software available on a subscription basis.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the actions taken under your account. You must be authorized to represent the company name you register.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.
Billing
Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Refunds are handled case by case within the first 30 days. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Your data
Your data is yours. We act as a custodian. You can export it at any time. On cancellation, we retain it for 30 days, then delete it.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
