How is this different from the cloud version?
It is the same Claim Atlas application, deployed on your own hardware. Instead of our managed Postgres and cloud file storage, it runs on a local database and stores files on your own disk. Feature for feature, it looks and works identically.
Where does my data live?
Entirely on the server you run it on — in your office or a machine you control. Claims, photos, notes, and reports never touch the Claim Atlas cloud. You own the database and the backups.
How do adjusters in the field reach it?
Access is over a private, encrypted network (we set this up with Tailscale), so your team can log in securely from a phone, tablet, or laptop anywhere — without exposing the app to the public internet.
Who keeps it running and updated?
We help you get it stood up and handle updates so you stay current with the cloud edition. You keep control of the box; we keep the software healthy.
What does it cost?
On-premise is quoted per firm rather than per seat, based on your team size and setup needs. Reach out and we will put together a number for you.
Can I move between cloud and on-premise later?
Yes. The editions share the same build, so your data and workflow port cleanly if you decide to switch in either direction.
